What to expect

Every appointment starts with a clearly defined scope of responsibilities. Communication is transparent, engagement is active, and the business is understood in depth. Independent judgement is applied throughout, and governance arrangements stay aligned with commercial, regulatory and legal objectives.

Effective governance is more than a compliant structure. An independent director provides the independent judgement, regulatory insight and constructive challenge that protect value and strengthen the board’s credibility with shareholders, investors and regulators.
